All Catering packages include
$100/hr (3 hour minimum. typically 1-3 employees on truck) =$300

3.7% Charge of original bill (Sorry we have to due to our merchant contract)
To make the process of your event easier we collect credit card information or a deposit of either half the amount of event, or the taxes as confirmation of event.
If you must cancel within 72 hours of your event where we have already ordered food and our staff has been scheduled your card will be charged for the cost of food and labour. If we must cancel within 2 weeks of the event any deposits received will be returned in full.
Full payment is required anytime prior to event or day of.
Durham Region minimum catering amount is $900 (Truck rental/your catering package must be equal to or greater than $900)
Ex. If you are planning to rent the truck for your event in Durham region where your guests will be paying at the truck. A $900 deposit or credit # is required. If your guests spend $700 at the truck that night, your balance owing will be $200.
